How Can I Help?

HOW CAN I HELP? 

1)       Donate financially to the renovation and to ongoing operational expenses: 

DONATE NOW (online) – one-time or recurring donations.

Mail your check payable to:  Fresno Rescue Mission, PO Box 1422, Fresno  CA  93716-1422.  Write “Rescue the Children” in the memo field.

Set up a monthly ELECTRONIC TRANSFER from your checking or savings account.

NOTE:  If you are already giving to the Fresno Rescue Mission, please continue to give to sustain our current programs, and if God is calling you, consider giving to Rescue the Children over and above your current giving. 

2)      TAKE A TOUR of the Fresno Rescue Mission and Rescue the Children Communities. 

3)      DONATE RENOVATION SERVICES & Supplies:

         Children's underwear
         Nutricious afterschool snacks
         Car and booster seats
         Socks and shoes for children

When Belief Turns to Faith

All people are born into a lineage.  For some, their heritage is steeped in cultural practices and an adherence to customs which define their legacy and belief.  For others, they may have a very fine thread of understanding, perhaps limited to something as simple as an acknowledgement of their race.  Regardless, beliefs and cultural practices may give us a sense of family and home (a connection and belonging), but belief alone cannot define us in relationship with God.  Only faith can do this.  So how do we recognize faith when paired with hereditary belief?  Oftentimes our personal journey and testimony of the intimate reconciliation with our Lord, through Christ, paints the best picture:
